Project Themes
My experience and interests cover three distinct but interconnected themes: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Molecular Microbiology and application of Circular-economic design to the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry. Click the links below for more details.
Quality Management Systems
Deviation Investigation & CAPA Implementation
As a highly regulated industry, biopharma is not short of complex processes and procedures to follow. Managing and investigating deviations can thus be a complex and seemingly never-ending task, but there are solutions that can aid closure, prevent/reduce re-occurrence and reduce complexity. A robust and transparent QMS is vital for assuring production and building trust with the patient at the end of the supply chain.

Comming Soon!
It is universally acknowledged that whilst technology has benefitted humankind in multiple areas (particularly healthcare), it has neglected the environment in the process. Our take-make-waste economic model is unsustainable and an alternative make-consume-enrich-return model is urgently required. Here I examine how our industry must adapt to meet its social-environmental and economic responsibilities.
